Nature has always been an integral part of my art. Legend and myth appear out of the landscape and present themselves. My paintings show what is present in spirit, what is real in energy. Dancing colors are illuminated when I touch them tothe canvas but they go where they want; I am the messenger only. The brush is a tool for declaring the unseen.
We all look at the same canvas but none of us see the same thing. These paintings are in motion, set forth by the rhythm of brush strokes. Landscapes of layered dimensions are forged from converging realities, and the images move as you allow your eyes to unveil the scope of the journey. 
More appears with every viewing and 
conjures different feelings. My art is presented without condition or preconception.
I prefer to allow each viewer to form their own relationship with the paintings, rather than imposing a fixed set of meanings to the images. It is a great joy to watch how others form unique connections with certain pieces. In my eyes, the many perspectives and interpretations of the work contribute to its value. By bearing witness to the emergence of the painted forms, everyone who views them participates in breathing life into their stories.
